In 'The Roommate Agreement', Troy wakes up to find the naughty and selfish Johanna (aka his young roommate) has drank the last of his coffee. He had poured a cup of the last of it and put it in the fridge to drink before work. Johanna doesn't seem to understand this is a big deal, so Troy brings up the Roommate agreement they made, which makes selfish actions that put the other roommate out as spankable offenses.

Troy decides he is going to carry the punishment out immediately, so he takes the protesting girl over his knee and firmly applies his LARGE SPANKING HAND to the seat of her pants and soon to her NAUGHTY BRIGHT RED BOTTOM! There is no better way to live with a roomie than to firmly discipline them when their actions disrespect you, and Johanna takes JUST THAT as she is disciplined for her irresponsible and inconsiderate actions!
