Stella is a real life fan email who approached me with a desire for effective discipline. Ongoing issues with her smart mouth keep getting her in trouble and she is seeking real consequences. Starting off bent over the sink, I lather up a bar of soap and generously lather her tongue. Instructing her to bite down on the soap, she holds the bar in her mouth as I begin to punish her with the bath brush.

After plenty of whining, she is allowed to rinse out her mouth and directed to the bed where the strap will be applied enthusiastically. The Razor Strop burns through the thin fabric of her yoga pants and she is soon breathing raggedly holding back tears.
